Academy of Inner Science
The Sharing the Presence field has expanded: Our positive experiences in recent years at the seminars and in the training groups has inspired us to found the Academy of Inner Science (AIS). In doing so we have created a space to deepen the practical experience of presence, transparency and sympathy of authentic expression. It is our intention to provide thought-provoking impulses for an integral spirituality which should find a concrete expression in the world - in form of projects, events and social commitment. We will be networking with other institutes and universities and creating a spectrum of possibilities to experience consciousness in its endless variety. The Academy is a preliminary stage for a "university of consciousness" which we want to build up in the medium term.
The aim of the Academy of Inner Science is to connect the wisdom of the inner world with the knowledge of the outer world.
We are creating a platform to research
- enlightened human potential,
- self-expression and evolution,
- as well as transcendence on all levels of life.
It became apparent that the one-year training groups had a strong effect on the lives of the participants. With the two or three-year Timeless Wisdom Training (beginning in September 2008) we want to deepen the realisation of presence and authentic being in the world by a longer-term commitment. Part of the Training is an apprenticeship in Transparent Communication which we use as a tool and in spiritual practice in our everyday life.

Body-Mind
This refers to the sum of all body perception, feelings and thoughts. Our body-minds are in resonance with the whole universe and can always become finer in their awareness and sensitivity. Our body-mind is normally programmed to have a specific outlook on the world. Such behaviour patterns which have often been ingrained over many years can be reprogrammed by means of suitable training. New possibilities for acting and being are the result.

Collective Intelligence
In recent years an astonishing phenomenon has been increasingly recognised and examined – the so-called collective intelligence. A higher level of order, wisdom or creativity comes into being as soon as a group of people has reached a certain amount of coherence and synchronisation. This means when the individuals tune into one another, when their own level of personality is put second to a common aim, a vision or by focusing on the present moment – then something very special comes into being: The group becomes an antenna for a higher intelligence that is much stronger than the individual. Tremendous potential suddenly becomes visible in the space between us. Which of us has not experienced this before? A team that rises up into unimagined heights ... In sporting activities, dancing, in films, in a company ... the abilities of the individual start to cross-pollinate and influence one another. Everything seems to come together in a perfect way. The system starts to organise itself – in the sense of the Whole.
To date these have been special experiences of single groups. What would happen if this phenomenon would spread more and more and if we as the human race had access to this higher wisdom or higher level of consciousness? What kind of world would this be in which the sum of the consequences of our behaviour no longer works against the whole system of the Earth, but would be in balance with the needs of all?
Most people do not wish for anything else. But why do we still create the world we are living in today? Is it because the majority of our wishes and motives are still too short-sighted and egocentric? Our individual perspective is limited and is only a tiny part of the Whole. However, we still think it is the only valid truth and that we are the centre of the universe. It not always easy for us to free our hold on our personal well-being, wishes and fears and to focus on a common We.
To stabilise the phenomenon of synchronisation in a greater context, increasingly effective networking of our perspectives will be of help. The better we understand each other, being ready to accept and integrate the awareness and interpretation of reality of others alongside our own, the higher the intelligence will be which we create together. The willingness to open up to one another, to encounter others more authentically and openly, to feel one another more deeply and to be aware of each other on a more conscious level is an essential key to this valuable space between us.

Higher WE
A Higher WE is the next step in synchronisation of the human collective consciousness. A higher degree of presence, transparency, empathy and clarity reduces interpersonal conflicts and thereby creates a foundation for a higher intelligence as a human species. As a result, a new emergence; a new step in evolution which gives birth to new possibilities, values, abilities etc., comes into being. This is the next step in evolution – to find answers to the questions that we all currently face as humanity.
A Higher WE means a group which is not just a collection of "I"s, but a We with a fundamental new perspective of consciousness.

Spiral Dynamics Integral
We live in a time of far-reaching, fast changes. Our visible world is changing permanently: New technologies, globalisation and its effects on our daily life, our work, our way of communicating contribute to this development. Synchronised Humanity Tour
Within the framework of the Synchronised Humanity Tour, major events will be taking place in several different cities throughout Germany (at a later point also in other countries) for healing and integration of collective topics of humanity (Healing meditations).
We make use the dynamic of large groups to bring insight, healing and consciousness into collective topics. Synchronisation of many people can become a tool of awakening, to bring attentiveness, awareness and presence to the foundations of our lives. In this way those aspects are revealed which we collectively repress – and as a result create a collective shadow.
The focus of the first events in 2007 (in Berlin and Cologne) were on the World War II history of Germany: Together we directed more consciousness and light into the suppression of a tremendous hurt in the recent history of mankind.
A Higher WE, the next step in the evolution of humanity, trains new abilities which we can use for healing and and integration. A strong super-conscious force which is accessible to all of us brings light to places which we often overlook.
The Synchronised Humanity Tour is devoted to our common foundation of life and promotes the awakening of the collective. It is founded on the evolutionary development of a Higher WE, a new perspective of human consciousness.

Timeless Wisdom Training
The Timeless Wisdom Training is an invitation to everybody who wishes to explore the potential of human consciousness and of becoming an inner adventurer. Together we are creating a pioneering field that offers us the possibility to explore the mystery of life and to rise to the challenge of living our full potential as human beings; both individually and collectively. We realize the ever present core of all spiritual traditions, diving into what we refer to as the ”Timeless Wisdom”. How does it express itself at the beginning of the third millennium? Giving out of our deep love and compassion will encourage the conscious evolution of humanity.
It is our intention to encourage and support each participant to put his/her insights and personal transformation into practice and to manifest social projects in the world. One of the main constituents of the training is the realisation of a project during the course of our studies. Each participant is invited to follow his or her inspiration and to initiate his/her own project out of a true inner calling. In doing so the spirit of our studies expresses itself directly. For some people this will be a chance to put ideas into practise that have perhaps waited all their life to be expressed.

Tonings invite us to experience meditative states in a common tapestry of sound. They carry us in a healing togetherness and are closely interwoven with the One Language of the world. Tonings are a form of synchronisation of many people in a common space of transcendence.
Insight and silence - love and compassion - the presence of the One Taste become perceptible and clear.

Transmission / Download-Meditation
Transmissions open us up to deeper, profound states of consciousness. Experience which is outside our normal everyday consciousness becomes accessible as a result. At the same time transmissions support us in transcending the habits of our conditioning and to evolve beyond them. The force of creation flows through the body-mind and and brings light to those places which we have banned from our awareness. In this manner we are able to consciously extend our outlook on the world and consciously manifest transcendence in our daily life.
During download meditation a transmission occurs for a period of 45 minutes, while participants sit at home and tune into the common field. This is a regular practical experience and intensification from far afield.
The download meditation always takes place on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 9 p.m.

Transparent Communication
Transparent Communication opens new doors for us to access a more extensive level of information in our lives. When we let go of our individual focus, we are able to experience the dynamics of life to a much greater extent. This allows us to move beyond the interpretation (understanding) of humans as objects in the physical world and thus experience humans from within.
If we recognize that rather than meeting people, we encounter realities in which these people emerge, based on what they believe and defend, we develop a deeper compassion and understanding. We are aware that in this world we all wear a false smile.
Once we begin to comprehend the inner experiences of others, and to create through our being, we make a quantum leap in our communication. We lift communication up to the next level of evolution. This helps us to acknowledge the true cause of many conflicts, looking beyond the symptoms to the root of the problem.
Transparent Communication is a way of life in which different levels of consciousness as well as different levels of development and intelligence are included. It requires of us that we engage in an experientially oriented exploration of life. Only then will we truly learn to comprehend the world as a form of exchange in which we share a common space of interaction and learn to recognize the cosmic addresses of conscious content. We are in direct relationship rather than being distracted by symptoms. A high degree of interpersonal clarity is thus achieved, supporting our authentic expression, not to mention an expansion of the collective intelligence.
This is the basis for a Higher WE.
