If you would like to make an appointment, please provide us with your address and telephone number by email or telephone. Please indicate either a 30 or a 60 minute call, and of course, the person from the Support Team with whom you would like to speak.
In response to your request, you will receive a phone call from the person with whom you wish to speak in order to make an appointment with him or her.
You will receive an invoice by mail for the indicated fees. The fees must be on our account before the scheduled appointment. Then, the call can take place. (The standard time for a bank transfer within Germany is two days.)
At the designated time, the member of the Support Team calls you on your land line number. The call takes place for the designated length of time.
