Thomas Hübl - Newsletter May 2012

Dear friends,

Recently, two events with Thomas Hübl took place at Hof Oberlethe. In the first, the second Timeless Wisdom Training (TWT) participants were kept busy for 10 days: working on Spiral Dynamics the creative impulse manifested through each one of us and as a collective field. In the second event, Thomas worked with the Core Group, which is composed of members of the previous TWT and Thomas' group of assistants.

2. Open evenings and weekend workshops in Israel
on 6th and 7th and on 15th and 16th June 2012

  Some new events with Thomas Hübl in Israel are coming up! On the 6th and 7th June, he'll introduce his work in Jerusalem and in Tel Aviv at open evenings.
In Tel Aviv, on 15th und 16th June, he will conduct a workshop on transparent communication, an exploration of awakened-life and presence in daily life as a form of devotion to oneself.
Nicholas Janni, who took part in the February journey to Israel, is organizing these three events.

3. Talk at the Yoga Festival in Rome
on the 9th June 2012 at 4.30 p.m.

Carismatico, profondo, magnetico - words on Thomas Hübl at the website of the organizer of Thomas' first appearance in front of an Italian public. In a park close to the Vatican, one of the biggest Yoga Festivals in Italy will take place under the title "How to deal with the change".
Thomas will give a presentation on radical presence as a manifestation of contemporary spirituality.
On the website www.yogafestival.it, we read that Thomas is "young enough to attract the new generation; well-prepared to convince the older generation to dedicate their life to spreading universal living principles…"

4. Other events with Thomas Hübl

Cities tour from 21st to 27th June 2012 in Germany and Switzerland
Open evenings in the following cities: Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Freiburg and Bern (Switzerland). Weekend workshop on "God - our highest intimacy" in Berlin. Schedule here

5. People from the team - Alfred Mast

The first thing that Alfred Mast translated for public groups was the Tao Te King. He was born in Switzerland, spent several years in English-speaking countries and came into contact with the Human Potential Movement. Among many other activities he also spent a year and a half at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Through all this he developed the practical vocabulary and the inner alignment needed to interpret at Thomas Hübl's public groups.
Alfred Mast was an electrical engineer when he first met Thomas in 2002 and took part in a number of his events. In 2004 he travelled with 60 people to a seminar in India. Later he decided not to work with other groups and says:

"I was no longer ready to get involved in groups without first achieving a sustainable personal change. I had the opportunity to work as an interpreter - and in this work I always discover something new in Thomas and in myself."
To interpret consistently, Alfred has to be able to see Thomas, so he sits for his work on an elevated platform. To do the work, Alfred doesn't hurry - despite the intense speed of what is sometimes being spoken, yet his voice breaks at times when he's deeply touched.
After many years without a fixed home address, Alfred lives today in eastern Switzerland and in Zarten (close to Freiburg). There he has many friends and much contact with the Sharing-The-Presence field. Yet he does not feel himself rooted and at home anywhere in particular.

He likes his interpreter job in the Timeless Wisdom Trainings and in the Core Group because he enjoys regular contact with people and continuous, radical growth. One final remark: "I've been fascinated for years by how Thomas treats participants' questions individually while his answers always deepen the group-field too."
