Sangha 2.0:Sharing groups become Practice GroupsMany of you will already know the sharing groups that have emerged out of the Sharing the Presence field in several cities, and some of you are already participating in these exercises and experiments. If you are interested in further involvement or would like to start a new group, you can acquire the basic tools for this in these three weekend training-seminars:
Training as an Inner-Science Practice Group Leader - Beginning of the third season in February 2013
After the successful launch of the first and second training block, the third season begins with three weekends, starting in February 2013.
The training team will consist of: Susanne Ahlendorf, Vivian Kolbe and Axel Perinchery.
Thomas Hübl will try to be available for one of the weekends over Skype.
The dates and more info to the third training block
Contents of the training:
Besides Transparent Communication, the mutual focus towards spiritual practice and the integration into everyday life are key cornerstones. The specific topics of the weekends will include: Interpersonal competence and limits, trans-personal spaces and fields, as well as mysticism and meditatio
The certificate of participation also leads to inclusion on the website of the Academy of Inner Science as a Practice Group Leader.
Feedback from the participants from the first season:
„I was deeply touched how a deep awareness of “We-consciousness” came up after only 2 days and this experience inspired our whole group. A true inspiration to go out with our knowledge and skills in the world and in existing and future practice groups!
Practical experience through practice fields came for me through the use of Transparent Communication, meditation, intuition, and many other aspects. It supports my individual processes as well as going beyond the limits of my individual "colored" view of the world, taking my own doubts about competence not so seriously, but making my contribution to a new togetherness.
An ingenious combination of skills training in group management, Transparent Communication, consciousness and opening the heart!
The technical and very human team was an essential element in the learning of what Transparent Communication and deep contemplation of others can mean. Thank you for this gift to us all."
(Anja Grossmann)
„Fantastic how much focus on quality the team offers. Most of the participants are surely not aware of how many years and hours of intensive preparations were invested to really present it well and to explore what Transparent Communication is. This standard of quality fills me with joy – I feel responsible for this special gift - learning Transparent Communication."
(Mathias Weitbrecht)
„The weekend was really good for me, I feel clearer and more active. The setting without Thomas was even more appropriate for me and I didn’t miss him. Therefore I could get me much more, the others and the atmosphere. A new stage of development in the field, I think. Great.“
(Carla Rimbach)
„It was an intense and inspiring first weekend. The team management creates space where I get a deeper understanding of Transparent Communication. A vibrant blend of theoretical elaboration and practical exercises. The exploration and perception of different spaces of experience or relationship areas train my own transparency and empathy skills very intensively.
In this training, I get tools and skills for the management of a practice group. This motivates and supports me in bringing this healing work into the world. The team management is a good example of what it means to work authentically and transparently as a team.“
(Shana Zingraff)
„For me, this weekend was very rewarding on many levels. Even after many years of group experiences with Thomas, I find the special focus on the management (Practice) groups very important and supportive again. I really liked the team of 3 with their perfect preparation and the fitting complement of the different qualities or grades.
It was still impressive that the power that sustains us was very present on the weekend. I had the feeling that we all were carried and led to our places. There were moments of silence in which this energy was particularly noticeable. These moments, however, could be more emphasized and enjoyed.“
