In the imposing landscape of mountain Montserrat, this five-day retreat will be held in the Benedictine Monastery of Santa Maria de Montserrat. It is located about 45 km north-west of Barcelona. The monastery is one of the most important religious centers in Catalonia. From up here you have a view far into the countryside of Catalonia. It is said that this place, the "holy mountain" Montserrat and the monastery with its more than thousand years of history and religious practice has a very special energy.
It promises to be very exciting to experience how the energy field that builds up in the intensive seminars with Thomas, connects to this particular environment.
The retreat will be held in English with translation into Spanish.

"In meditation it is good to drop the notion of an end right from the beginning. We are not doing it to reach the end. We are doing it to really arrive."
"Meditation becomes so much part of me that I don't meditate as a practice any more. Meditation is part of the being that I am."
