Booking guidelines

Every booking is binding once the payment has been transfered. Cancellations by the participant are charged with a handling fee of € 100 when they arrive up to four weeks before the start of the event booked. Cancellations arriving later -- up to the start of the event -- are charged with 50% of the seminar fee. If a participant fails to turn up or leaves the event early full payment is due.

A cancellation has to be sent in written form. A substitute participant can be presented. In this case a handling fee of € 50 become due. The Sharing the UG reserves the right to refuse a substitute person without giving any reasons.
